WISMA GOLDHILL
A 36-storey trophy office building built to exact standards with first quality materials and state-of-the-art intelligent features. The building incorporates unique features such as energy conservation tempered double glazed tinted glass windows, VRV air-conditioning systems that filters over 90% of air borne impurities, high speed lifts and has fiber optic capabilities to meet the needs of the future. Located in the prime central business district of Kuala Lumpur, the building was completed in 1993 and was conferred with the 1993 International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Award of Distinction in the Best Commercial Development category.
